This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you (“User”) and DesignPress, for the digital design assets (“Software”) purchased from https://tshrt.xyz/.

1. License

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for personal or commercial projects in accordance with our Commercial License.

2. Restrictions

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Software beyond allowed customization.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Software.

3. Intellectual Property

The Software remains the sole property of DesignPress. You acquire no ownership rights by purchasing or downloading.

4. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you violate any terms. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Software.

5. Liability

We provide the Software “as-is” without warranties. We are not liable for any damages resulting from use.
